Sous chef
We are looking for a dynamic chef to join our team. Role would suit strong chef de partie or junior sous. The right candidate would be responsible for the kitchen in head chefs absence. Duties to include stock and portion control, ordering, working to a high gp and assisting head chef in menu planning and costings. Other responsibilities would be training less qualified members of the team and adhering to food hygiene procedures (live in available if required).

Kitchen porter/assistant
Role to include general cleaning of the kitchen, washing up, putting away deliveries and some food/vegetable prep. Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Both of the above roles will include weekend and evening work.

Great rates of pay and an excellent share of tips.
